A Very Late November Favourites

November favourites So it’s been a while…again.
I’ve been so so busy with college deadlines and work that I just honestly haven’t had a chance to blog but I’m back now, with a November favourites post that was meant to go up over a week ago. I’m starting to get into he Christmas mood now so my next few posts are probably going to be festive related.
Beauty Favourites
Mac Rebel
It’s winter which means it’s now acceptable to wear dark lips and by far, Mac Rebel has been my favourite since I got it! It’s an amazing purple shade that would suit anyone. I’ve done a more in depth review on it here if you’d like to know more about it.
Ted Baker Sweet On You Nail Duo
I got these two stunning nail varnishes in a little sweet shop set, paired together with the glitter on an accent nail looks amazing!
Collection Creme Puff In Cotton Candy
I’ve heard about these for a while and I finally went out and got a few last month. They’re sort of a liquid matte lipstick, they dry on your lips and sort of stain them. I particularly like the cotton candy shade, it’s great for everyday low maintenance wear.
Alex Curran Perfume
I’ll start by saying this is probably one of the cheapest perfumes you can get, it’s £10 for a 100ml bottle that comes with a body lotion too. It’s also one of the nicest smelling cheaper perfumes, It’s more of a sophisticated grown up smell and I’ve been loving it this month.
Elvive Extraordinary Oil Hair Mask
I bleach the ends of my hair quite often which means that it can leave it quite dry, so I’ve been searching for a good nourishing hair mask for a while now and I think I’ve found one in this. If you have dry hair id really recommend you try this out!
Rimmel Wonder’ful Mascara
I’m a huge fan of Rimmel make up and when I seen they had a new mascara out I had to try it out. I’ve been using it for over two months now and it’s really really good! It gives both volume, length and one of the best things is that if never smudges which is one of my pet hates!
Non Beauty Favourites
The Mazerunner
I recently went to see this and I loved it! If you’re a fan of the hunger games I can guarantee you’ll love this as they are quite similar, I can not wait for the next film to come out now!
Vlogmas Videos
One of the best things about December is all the vlogmas videos! There’s not much I love more than chilling out watching vlogs and this month pretty much all my favourite YouTubers are doing it. Some of favourite vlogmas videos so far have been TheBeautyCrush and ThatcherJoe’s.

Autumn/Fall Nail Polish Picks

IMG_6652.JPGI’m one of those people that likes to changed up what colours I wear on my nails and lips for that matter depending on the season. When it comes to autumn/winter I swap out my baby pinks, blues and coral nail polishes for reds, greys and purples. These are the five I’m going to be wearing the most this season.
IMG_6643.JPG
Collection Lasting Gel Colour – Stormy Grey 11
Although I prefer wearing darker shades in the Autumn, I do like me a nude colour. This one is a light brown nude, that looks very sophisticated and classy. These gel collection ones are amazing, the formula is so shiny and they last a good 5 days without chipping.
IMG_6647.JPG
Barry M Nail Paint – 293 Grey
The Barry M nail paints are one of my favourite nail polish brands. All the shades I have are really opaque and only need one coat, they look so glossy too. The shade grey is an amazing autumn colour, and I wear it a lot at this time of year.
IMG_6639.JPG
Bourjois Very Vernis – Cerise Noire 36
This is my all time favourite and most worn Autumn shade so far. It’s the most perfect burgundy shade, and I’ve never owned a colour like it before. I’ve worn it for up to a week before I need to take it off and to me it just screams autumn!
IMG_6651.JPG
Maybeline Express Finish – Charming Cobait 637
This is the prettiest dark purpley blue colour with subtle glitter in it. I can just imagine wearing this to a Christmas party or something really festive. These nail polishes also dry insanely quick, which is handy if you’re in a rush.
IMG_6649.JPG
Avon Nailwear Pro+ – Real Red
You can’t beat a classic red nail in autumn and this shade by Avon is the best red I’ve tried. It’s a true, deep red with a shiny finish. You really can’t go wrong!
What are your favourite Autumn/Winter nail polishes?

September Favourites

IMG_6561.JPG
So the dreaded back to school month has come to an end, and we’re now into October, one of my favourite months! These are the products I loved throughout September.
Beauty Favourites
Bourjois Chocolate Bronzer
I’ve had this for a while now, and before September I’d only used it a dozen or so times. I didn’t know if it was just my product, but I felt as though my brush wasn’t picking up enough product, there’s a natural bronzer and then there’s no product at all being put on your skin! So after trying to get this product to work over a whole week and failing, I decided to just out it in one of my drawers. That was until the beginning of last month when I found if and decided to scrape the top layer of product off. Long story short, this now works beautifully, still very natural but stunning for the winter months. Oh, and the smell isn’t bad either!
Tangle Teazer
I don’t know how I would have coped without this little savior last month. My hair has been going through a really dry and knotty stage, meaning it’s a nightmare to brush, especially after washing. This brush makes it so much easier than a regular brush, there’s no tugging or pulling and it leaves my hair feeling a lot smoother.
Maybeline Fit Me Powder
I have no idea what has happened, but my skin, after years and years of being dry, has decided to get oily. You may think I’m bonkers but I’m so happy! Obviously only a little bit of oil, I don’t want to have to powder every other minute, but having more oil to my skin than before means my make up is applying a lot smoother which is great. To control my new found oily skin, I’ve been using a powder I’ve had for a while, the Maybeline Fit Me. It’s not at all cakey, and takes away any excess shine that I don’t want.
Mac Hello Kitty Kabuki Brush
I’ve been using this cute little kabuki brush with the powder, and I love it! It’s big enough so that it covers your whole face in two sweeps, and it’s extremely soft. This is a fake item which i was aware of but the quality is still amazing. It also comes in the cutest little zip up pouch, making it perfect to put in your handbag.
Calvin Klein Lipstick in Dangerous
If you’ve seen my recent Autumn lip picks post, you’ll know that I included this lipstick in it and said how much I love it for this time of year. As September meant the start of Autumn, I was finally able to start wearing this lipstick again without getting strange looks, which makes me so so happy!
Random Favourites
Tesco Winter Spice Candle
I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE candles, so much so that I can get though them within a week. With my favourite Yankee ones being over £10 a jar, it gets expensive. So whilst in Tesco a few weeks ago I wandered down the candle isle and seen their own range of candles. They all smelt absolutely amazing and were only £2.99! With winter approaching I decided to get winter spice, which smells like cinnamon and apples. (mmmmm!) Unlike most cheaper candles, these ones actually smell nice once lit too and linger around your room. Thanks Tesco!
Argos/Getting A Job
Yes I finally got myself a part time job! Technically I officially started on the first of October but I went for my interview and everything in September so I thought I’d include it in this post. I’ve been trying to find a weekend job since I turned 16, with little luck. A few weeks ago however I got invited for an interview for a Christmas job at Argos and I got it! So far everyone is really nice, and I couldn’t be happier.
Fleur De Force
My favourite YouTuber this month is one of the first people I ever started watching on YouTube. I’ve watched Fleurs videos for years, but lately I’ve been really loving them and especially her vlogs since she got her adorable new puppy. She’s just started doing Vlogtober on her vlogging channel here, which excites me very much!

August Favourites

IMG_6147.JPG
some of you may find this strange but I am so so glad August is coming to an end and summer actually. I’m definitely a winter person and the start of September means that summer is finally coming to an end and autumn is coming! Anyway on with the favourites.. This month I’ve been making the transition into autumn and going with slightly darker lip looks, so I’ve rekindled my love for some old favourites.
Beauty Favourites
Loreal Contour Parfait Lipliner in Simply Rose
I actually think the shade simply rose has been discontinued as I can’t find it anywhere but amazon online which is unfortunate because although I bought this a long whole ago I’ve only recently gotten into it. I’ve been using this with pretty much every pink/nude lipstick I own as it’s the perfect ‘your lips but darker shade’. This liner is also lovely when used to completely fill in your lips with a gloss over the top.
Soap & Glory Wowed Mouth Lip Palette
With the beginning of autumn approaching I’ve been trying to use deeper nudes and pinks and this little beauty of a palette contains six darker pink, nude and red lipsticks all of which are amazingly pigmented! The shades I’ve been particularly loving are Guava Rama and Perfect Day both of which are available to buy in tube form. I also love how this palette smells, it reminds me Mac lipsticks.
Rimmel Match Perfection Foundation
I mention this product all the time so you must know how much I love it by now. This month I’ve used it more than ever though, I usually only use it on days where I want a lighter coverage, but this month I’ve preferred it to my higher coverage foundations. This foundation is great for those with dryer skin as it feels really moisturising and gives a nice natural dewy look.
Real Techniques Contour Brush
Before this month I wasn’t the biggest fan of the Real Techniques contour brush as I didn’t really like it for it’s sole purpose of contouring. But I’ve seen Gabby (Velvetgh0st) using it to blend her concealer out in a few videos, so I gave it a try with my Mac Pro Longwear concealer and I loved the result! It blends the concealer out beautifully and due to the size of the brush it’s a lot quicker than using your fingers or smaller brushes.
Catrice Ultimate Colour Lipstick in Pink Me Up
I picked this lipstick up in Germany and it’s unfortunately not available in the UK but I thought I’d mention it anyway. This lipstick is actually a dupe for Mac’s a All Fired Up which I’ve done a post on here. it’s the prettiest deep pink shade, lasts pretty much all day and I’ve been wearing it a lot this month.
Random Favourites
Insomnia
With the recent heartbreaking death of Robin Williams, I felt all nostalgic and was searching for a film with him in on Netflix and came across Insomnia. I’d never actually heard of it before but after reading the synopsis it sounded quite good so I have it a watch and realllly liked it! It’s a psychological thriller type film which is my favourite kind and you’ll be hooked until the very end. I’d definitely recommend it!
Daim Bars
I can’t believe I’d never tried Daim Bars until recently and now I love them! I wish I was featuring a healthy snack favourite but I’m unfortunately not and a daim bar is a chocolate bar with caramel and almond in for those of you who don’t know. I’ve been eating so many this month and I’ve even used them to make milkshakes, yummy!
Alfie Deyes
My favourite YouTuber this month has to be Alfie’s (PointlessBlog) vlog channel. I’ve been so into vlogs lately, I’m actually watching them more than main channel videos. I think Alfie is one of the sweetest YouTubers ever, lately he’s been vlogging every day on his second channel and I can’t stop watching them! You can find Alfie’s vlog channel here.

June Favourites

Well here we are again, another month gone and another favourites post. We’re finally into summer and I’m off college until September meaning I have a lot of free time to write blog post. I’ve discovered a lot of new beauty and non beauty products this month that I’ve really liked so this favourites may be longer than usual.

20140629-033323 pm-56003626.jpg
Beauty Favourites

Red Lipstick
I’ve never really gotten on with red lipstick until this month, I just didn’t think it suited me and was a lot of hassle to keep it looking good throughout the day. Lately however I’ve been loving pairing a red lip with a subtle smokey eye and winged liner and I actually did a blog post on it here. The red lipstick I’ve been using is red by Avon, it’s really creamy, pigmented and lasts for a good 6 hours without needing to reapply.

20140629-033424 pm-56064559.jpg

Elf Beauty Book in Natural
I picked up this little beauty whilst at the Elf blogger fair which you can see my blog post on here. I swatched the shadows in store and thought they were amazing but I really did not expect such high quality seeing as I only paid £6 for it. The beauty book contains 6 eyeshadows, a primer and am eyeliner. The eyeshadows are the reason this product has made it into my favourites though as they really do compare to the quality of the naked palettes and can be used to make a beautiful natural smokey eye.

Estée Lauder Sumptuous Extreme Mascara
I’ve had a sample size of this mascara for a while now but I’ve only recently started using it and it’s safe to say I’ve been amazed by how good it is! This mascara adds so much volume and length and since using it I’ve had so many compliments on my lashes and people even asking if they were fake. I’m definitely going to pick up a full size one when this runs out.

20140629-033527 pm-56127799.jpg

St Moritz Fake Tan Mousse
I’m not a huge fake tanner as I just find it so much hard work and it tends to look fake and patchy on me. At the start of the month when we were getting nice weather however I decided to apply some of the St Moritz tanner as I didn’t want my legs looking like milk bottles. Not expecting much I left it on over night and showered it off the next morning. To my amazement I came out of the shower with a beautiful, natural glow to my skin and I’ve been hooked ever since! I apply it every Sunday night and wash it off the next morning, you really can’t go wrong for £3!

L’Oreal Eye Make Up Remover
I’ve never really seen the point of eye make up removers as I’ve always used cleansers that are suitable to use on your eyes, a couple of weeks ago though I picked up the loreal eye make up remover as it was on offer. The smallest drop of this on a cotton pad removes all of your eye make up in two swipes! This means that you’re not only not using as much cleanser but is also softer on your eyes as you don’t have to tug at them to remove the make up. I am sold!

Collection Lipstick In Tallulah
Yes another lipstick.. I picked this up in my local asda as it was only around £2 and wasn’t really expecting much. I should have had higher hopes though as this lipstick is the most beautiful every day pink colour, applies like a dream and is so moisturising. If you’re looking for a natural everyday lipstick you need to pick this one up!

Non Beauty Favourites

The World Cup
Never ever in a million years did I think I would be saying that I enjoy football but ever since the World Cup has started I can’t get enough! Maybe it’s the whole hype around it or just because it’s always on tv, but I am really getting into football. I’ve watched at least one game every day since it’s been on and I find myself oooing and ahhhing at the TV (My ex boyfriend would be so proud of me!)

The Fault in Our Stars
I’ve featured the fault in our stars book in my favourites before so of course I had to go see the movie the first day it was out. Without spoiling anything all I’m going to say is that I have never cried so much at a film in my life! I laughed, cried, laughed and cried again. It’s one of the most heartwarming films I’ve ever seen and I recommend you all go and see it.

Beyond Beauty Star
I’ve decided I’m going to feature my favourite Youtuber every month and this month I’ve really been loving Claudia from Beyond Beauty Star. I am obsessed with her style and I’ve been really tempted to cut my hair shorter ever since I’ve started watching her. Claudia does beauty videos on her main channel which you can see she puts so much effort in to and vlogs on her second channel. You can check out her main channel here and vlog channel here

May Favourites

For once I’m not writing this post thinking wow this month has gone fast or sad that it’s over. This month has been one of the worst I’ve had in a while so I’m actually glad it’s coming to an end. Anyway on to the favourites..I’ve decided that I’m not only going to do beauty favourites but other things that I’ve been loving in the month too which I hope you all like.

Beauty Favourites

Barry M Lip Crayon in Sirius
I’ve actually sadly lost this product but thought I’d still include it. The last time I seen it it was in my bag but now it’s nowhere to be found :(. I got this item in a giveaway and I loved it! it’s perfect for those of you who have dryer lips as it feels like a lip balm but still delivers great colour.

Mac Pro Longwear Foundation
I did a blog post on this foundation that you can read here so I won’t go into too much detail. I picked up this foundation thinking it would be good for evenings where I need a long wearing foundation which it works well for but I’ve been loving it so much that I’ve started wearing it every day! This foundation really does not budge and makes your face look flawless literally all day.

Elf Face Primer
I got this product last month not expecting too much from it, but I’ve used it nearly everyday since then and I can totally see a difference when I’m wearing it. It makes my foundation apply more smoothly and does advance the staying power of it. This combined with the Pro Longwear = 16 hours + of flawless make up!

20140531-042413 pm-59053722.jpg

Highlighter
I know this isn’t a product as such but just I’ve just fallen in love with face highlighters. I think they complete a make up look and make your face look so pretty when applied to the top of the cheekbone. My favourite at the minute is the one from the Sleek Contour Kit.

Non Beauty Favourites

FunForLouis
I watch a lot of YouTubers, mainly beauty ones but lately I’ve been loving vlog type videos. I’ve been subscribed to FunForLouis for over a year now but in the last month or so I’ve really enjoyed his videos, he’s not like other vloggers and you can see how much effort he puts into all his videos, he uploads every day without fail and makes me feel so lazy haha. But in all seriousness I don’t think I’ve ever watched one of his vlogs where he just stays in all day doing nothing, oh how I wish I was like that! Go subscribe to him over on http://m.youtube.com/user/FunForLouis.

Alien Perfume
I guess you could class this as a beauty favourite but I decided to put it in the non beauty category instead just for the hell of it. I’ve nearly finished my second bottle of this perfume and I just can’t get enough of it, I don’t feel complete unless I’m wearing it these days which is bad seeing as how expensive it is (oops). You’re probably all familiar with the scent so I won’t go into too much detail but it’s just the perfect perfume for my age, not too mature and not too young smelling.

High Waisted Jeans
Following my May wishlist post where I said I wanted to get a pair of high waisted jeans this month I actually did and I can’t stop wearing them! I got a black pair from shelikes and they’re perfect quality and so comfy. I’ve worn them with pretty much everything this month and continue to do so.

That’s it for this month guys, hope you didn’t mind the mix up of beauty favourites and non beauty favourites.

April Favourites

I can’t believe another month has passed by, where is the time going? Anyway this month my favourites have varied and I don’t just have beauty products, I read for the first time all year and cried my eyes out which is why the book has made it into my favourites. I also have some new products that I’ve bought this month and have fallen in love with.

20140427-025832 pm.jpg

My first favourite this month has to be The Fault In Our Stars by John Green, now I know I am way behind on the bandwagon with this book but to be honest I’ve just never got around to buying it. So when my mother bought me it for Easter and I had two weeks off from college I thought what better time to read it? I literally got through the whole book in two days and must have cried enough tears to fill a bucket, I honestly didn’t think I was going to get so into the story and fall in love with the characters as much as I did, without saying too much in really did not expect the huge twist and it completely broke me! After reading I now can’t wait to see the movie.

Now onto the beauty favourites, I’ve been LOVING Creme Cup by Mac I got it at the beginning of April and I don’t think I’ve used much else on my lips since, it’s just the perfect everyday colour and it goes perfectly with a smokey eye. If I want to darken it up I use a purpley brown colour on top of it and the combination is beautiful (I’ll do a post on it soon).

On the same line of lip products, I recently got the Elf Lip Exfoliator which I talked about in a haul here. I suffer with really dry cracked lips and this product has been a life saver since I got it, you can feel it working as soon as you apply it and after leaving it on for around 5 minutes you’re left with smooth lips ready for even a matte lipstick. This stuff smells and tastes amazing too!

Again another lip product favourite (I’ve gone a bit lip mad this month!), I finally got around to getting an Eos Lip Balm in Sweet Mint. First of all the packaging excites me so much and I love how you don’t have to use your fingers to apply it to your lips, making it really hygienic. The lip balm itself is extremely hydrating and you don’t feel the need to reapply it again and again.

Finally moving away from lip products, my penultimate favourite this month is an old favourite of mine, the NYC Smooth Skin Bronzer in Sunny. I used to use this product around a year ago and adored it! It unfortunately broke when I was travelling though and after searching high and low I couldn’t find it anywhere in shops or online. So as you can imagine I was ecstatic when I found it in a large Superdrug store while in Birmingham at the beginning of the month. This is the best and cheapest bronzer I’ve ever used, it’s matte which means it’s great for contouring and is the perfect shade for my skin.

The last favourite this month is something I’d never imagine using as I didn’t think they’d ever work, but it’s actually a foot cream. I was given a few soap and glory items for Easter which included the Heel Genius Amazing Foot Cream, and I can say that it is indeed amazing! I used this stuff the night I had it to see what all the fuss was about, I applied a small amount to each foot and put socks over the top before sleeping and to my amazement I woke up with the softest feet I’ve ever felt! Honestly they felt amazing and all the dry skin around my heels was gone. I recommend you try it out if if like me you never thought a foot cream would make much difference because believe me, it does!

That’s all my favourites for this month guys, I wish you all a happy May!

Three Products I Couldn’t Live Without

20140413-063852 pm.jpg

Whilst getting ready this morning I thought to myself ”If my house was to burn down at this very moment what three make up products would I save?” I then decided within less than a minute what those three products would be. I use these products every day without fail and even if I use a new product for a while I’ll always find myself coming back to them.

20140413-063904 pm.jpg
1. Benefit Brows A Go-Go – This eyebrow kit has been in my collection for over two years now and as you can tell by the picture it has been well used..Since getting it I’ve not used anything else on my brows, although at first I thought £28 was a lot to pay for something to fill your eyebrows in I can’t imagine using anything else now. The kit comes with two eyebrow powders, an eyebrow wax, an eyeliner, eye bright, a brow highlighter, a mini hard angle brush and a mini tweezers. When I first started using this product I used the wax to fill in my eyebrows but looking back it was way too harsh and ‘scouse brow’ looking, I now use a mix of the dark and light powders which are incredibly pigmented and give my eyebrows a natural defined look. I honestly could not live without this product! Get it here.

20140413-063910 pm.jpg

20140413-063915 pm.jpg
2. Naked Palettes – This counts as one item right?… Since first using the original naked palette nearly three years ago I’ve barley used any other eyeshadows, the pigmentation of them is great and they blend so effortlessly. I’ve recently got the naked 2 and along with original palette I can create so many looks with them that I could happily never use anything else.
You can get them here and here

20140413-063919 pm.jpg

3. Sleek blush in Rose Gold – The third product was originally going to be a foundation but then I realised I don’t have a firm favourite one that I couldn’t live without and tend to go back and forth between them, that’s a different story when it comes to blush though. My last favourite has to be a sleek blush in rose gold, I honestly think this colour would suit any skintone and it also works as a highlighter as it has a beautiful shimmer in it.
You get it here

March Favourites

I’m so sad that March has come to an end, it’s one of my favourite months for many reasons. (mainly because it’s the month of my birthday) During March I picked up a lot of new products most of which are going to appear in this favourites post and there are some old classics which I’ve been loving for a while now.
20140406-021154 pm.jpg

Naked 2 Palette – Being a lover of the original naked palette, as soon as the second palette was released I had to get it but unfortunately my bank balance wouldn’t allow me. This valentines day however, my boyfriend surprised me with it and I haven’t used anything else since! I love how I can not only use this palette for everyday looks but also classic evening looks too. My favourite colours are foxy, Ydk, tease and busted.

Rimmel Match Perfection Foundation – I absolutely LOVE this foundation and haven’t used anything all month. it gives the perfect dewy everyday look and leaves my skin looking radiant. I’d say the coverage is sheer to medium but could be built up to full with a few layers (which doesn’t cause it to cake may I add!)

Avon Eyeshadow Primer in Light Beige – I was bought this product for my birthday so I haven’t had it for too long but, I can say that it’s absolutely amazing and makes your eyeshadow last long over 24hrs! The colour isn’t too different from my natural skin tone and it glides on like a moose and makes putting your eyeshadow on a breeze! Having owned the urban decay eyeshadow primer I actually can’t see much of a difference between the two and would go as far as saying that I actually prefer the Avon one!

Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water – I recently featured this product in my skincare favourites because it’s so amazing! It’s so quick and easy to use and being the lazy person I am, I love that you don’t have to wash it off or anything. It’s extremely refreshing and leaves your skin feeling alive and refreshed. I used this on my boyfriends acne prone skin a few days ago and it made his face look instantly clearer! ( he even said he was going to get some)

Sleek Contour Kit – My last favourite this month is the sleek contour kit in light, the colour is a great grey toned brown which works brilliantly for contouring and doesn’t make you look muddy. The highlighter brightens up your complexion and is great for every day too. I not only love this for contouring and highlighting but for also using on my eyes for when I’m having a lazy make up day.

Skincare favourites

20140330-064015 pm.jpg

Skincare is something I have a love hate relationship with, along with finding the perfect foundation I find it one of the hardest things to get right. From finding the right product for your skin type (especially hard when you have dry combination skin) to choosing which products work best. Saying all this, I feel as though after many years of searching, I finally have a skin care routine that works for me and keeps my skin clear.

20140330-064137 pm.jpg

The first favourite of mine is the Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water, I love the simplicity of this product and how quick and easy it is. It does not irritate my sensitive skin in the slightest and it leaves my skin free from make up and feeling squeaky clean.
I like to use a toner after cleansing my skin and my favourite of all time is the L’Oreal Skin Perfection Velvety Soft toner. As the name suggests, this product is so soft on the skin and even if I felt as though it wasn’t doing anything for my skin, I’d continue to use it just because it feels so nice on my skin!
I have a few favourite moisturisers, my favourite being the Clinique. Moisture Surge , (I’ve currently run out :() this stuff is great for the winter months when your skin is extra dry! A cheaper alternative which I am currently using is the Garnier Moisture Match in dull skin , although this doesn’t give you as much hydration, it is the same consistency and really brightens up your face!

20140330-064143 pm.jpg

If I’m removing my make up in the shower I like to use the Soap & Glory Clean on Me 3 in 1 Cleanser, this stuff removes all my make up and leaves my skin feeling really soft and fresh! I follow this with a facial scrub once or twice a week, my favourites are the St Ives Apricot scrub, this stuff is amazing and I have been using it at least once a week for over a year now. It makes my skin feel like a baby’s bum (no joke). I’ve heard from a few bloggers that it’s really harsh on the skin but I’ve never had any problems with it, it’s made my pores nearly invisible and keeps my skin feeling alive and refreshed! I think the trick with this product is to only use it 1-2 times a week, that way it won’t cause any damage.
On the same topic of scrub products, another favourite of mine is the Soap & Glory Scrub Your Nose In It face scrub and mask. I’ve only had this product for a few months but it’s fast become a firm favourite of mine, I mainly use this for the mask it has built in once or twice a week. Whilst in the bath I apply a small amount to my t-zone and leave it on for around 10 minutes, once it’s washed off my skin is left feeling a lot smoother and less oily. (be sure to follow up with a moisturiser though!)

Once my skin has been thoroughly cleaned and moustrized I like to use a hydrating lip balm, my favourite being either Carmex or the Estée Lauder 8 hour cream.

There you have it, my skincare favourites!
